Refund policy

We accept returns on unworn, unprinted items within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items (names, custom text, custom designs) are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact us at bayandbeyond@polsia.app. Customers pay return shipping. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item arrives.
